Bramley, Leeds. Bramley PB is 19.21, but at Woodhouse Moor which is flatter i can get down to 19.04. It's fairly middling really, Bramley regularly has 18m runs and Woodhouse has many 17m athletes. Thing is it doesn't get you up hills faster!

Good on both of you for getting out.
Get some fins going round yer head.
Two reps up Otley Chevin on saturday, Johnny Lane then left up the cobbles and stairs, 0.8m/580' per rep. Nearly ran all the way up to the middle path, but got beaten.
We were running up Jonny lane on the Chevin on Tuesday night, meeting Carol Morgan and a team. It was very foggy and the torch light was reflecting. Ended up going off left under the crags; Dooh! So off up the road and up Millar Lane in the rain. Have you ever managed to run all the steps?
Local XC loop tonight, first time in a long while, 2.5m/290'. Fog was causing a lot of glare in the headtorch.
Tendonitis type complaints and general soft tissue soreness are abundant around the right knee, the tracking doesn't feel to be too bad. Voodoo flossing every morning and compression overnight, back to marginal gains again.
Well done Luke, slowly slowly catch a monkey
Parkrun this morning, 19.58, lost time getting hassled by an unruly dog. Didn't feel great today, the chill in the air closed my throat up a bit. Martin, do you know when Simon is back?
The dog is a Dalmation accompanied by a large lady, i've never seen it ticked off yet and it's thrown itself at me twice now. The large lady seems to think that it's normal for this to happen and is remarkably disinterested. It's just playing; it could do with a gentle smack on the nose, but i don't want it to think strangers are going to attack if you know what i mean. It needs its behaviour correcting, but only the disinterested large lady can do this, and she seems not to give a damn.
