No worries - Crowden it is then! I've PM'd you re the Denis Stitt.

Dovedale Dipper results are out, winner's time was a pretty speedy 3:36 so my time of 5:59 only bags me 34 points, which doesn't improve my total, so need to find another August race... looking at either Eccles Pike or Denis Stitt next week, then either Longshaw SDT or Crowden Horseshoe on last weekend...

Out for rest of year, been competing on a stress fracture for last few month, now got to the point where I cant run anymore, god knows how bad ive made it, sick, 3 weeks since I last ran and no better :-(
Hope you heal up well Rev - are you able to lower impact activities, such as swimming or cycling?
On a positive note, better score at Derbyshire Chevin last night:
Ian Phillips (winner) - 27:59
Me (14th) - 33:06
80 points please Daz
54 at the Arncliffe Gala please Daz
Andy - sorry to hear that - Get Well Soon :)
I have updated the above table, including the 51 points I scored at Eccles Pike last night (34:27 cf 23:08)
oh, and I'm off on hols on Saturday for a week, so probably no updates til after I'm back...
Hi Daz, sorry for the late July entry I've been waiting on results. Best for the month was a new fellrace in the North York Moors called Ravenscar Rumble. I finished 2nd gaining 97 points.
Cheers, have a nice holiday.
Nowt for me at Sedbergh tomorrow, I can safely say - leaking fuel tank (!) on van has put an end to making it up to Yorkshire. A stinking cold would've meant a miserable race for me anyhow. Hope those of you running have a good un!
Lose Hill Dash on bank holiday Monday next. Totley Exterminator at the start of September. Beyond that, Stanage Struggle near the end of September & almost certainly Roaches in November. Hopefully plenty of others in the meantime too. Anyone else out at any of those races?
Hi Daz, health issues caused me not to run all of my qualifying races this month until Barrel Inn fell race last night. My time was 0:55:57, winner 0:40:53, so could I open my August account with 63 points please? Thanks.
Next races coming up are
Oldham Park Run (6th September)
Scafell Pike
Dale Head
I'm done for August - can't make Crowden due to friends' wedding reception. September looking busy enough with Debyshire Chevin 2 next Wednesday, Totley Exterminator on Sunday week & Stanage Struggle on third Sunday of the month. Hopefully my van will behave in the meantime...
I'm back. But I've not picked the best races to try to get a good points haul.
81 at Burnsall, behind Ted Mason
66 at Grasmere behind Nick Swinburn
77 at Kilnsey behind Rob Hope
So I'll have to stick with the 81 from Burnsall please. Thanks Daz.
And for Mrs Noel, I think her best result for August was 74 behind Rob Little at Eccles Pike. Thanks Daz.
might as well put in my first entry for the year, I think I've only done 2 races this year anyway!
55 at Burnsall please.
Might manage to get a few more in before EoY. thanks Daz.
Can I please have 82 points for the Pendle 3 peaks this morning. Very tough new AM race. Winner was 1.25.26 and I got 1.40.45.
Cheers
Dan
Ps Ben Nevis next for me followed by Hodder Valley, don't expect a good score at either. After that langdale and the full tour will feature along with possibly the clwydian hills race as well.
My best effort for august was Cracken Edge where I scored 87 pts. Recently I've spent a bit too much time boozing and training for a half marathon, I'm over that now. Time for some intensive hill work :)
How many races needed to complete the championship
Hi Daz, two months to submit please..............July- Ravenscar Rumble 97 points...........August- Tour of Norland 94 points.
Cheers
Wahey, first race since about May last year and later than hoped, I am finally off the mark for this years Forum Champs.
Race in August.
Four Fans FR.
Winner 2:03:06
Me 2:17:54
By the calculator, this gives me 88 points please.
Thank you

Hi Daz,
First score for September from Derbyshire Chevin 2:
Me: 22:06
Winner: 18:18
79 points please. Hopefully improve on this at Totley Exterminator (unlikely) or Stanage Struggle (possibly).
Hi, Daz.
Did you make it to Crowden in the end? Was looking for a Fell Ponies vest, but as a fashion icon I guess you have so many!!
Don't know how many points it'll garner for August, as no results with times on yet! I was 41st in just over 1.20, so if anyone knows the winner's time, I can work it out!
September possibles are Cross Keys Relay, Padfield Plum Fair & Three Shires.
Cheers,
Phil
Hobbsy, winning time at Crowden was 1:04:02.
Daz, thanks for the table update. That Crowden time only gets me 56, which leaves my August score as it is. For September I have Bullock Smithy Hike and High Peak 40 confirmed so far.
Thanks, Nick.
ha, ha,ha My UTMB gets me 6 points ( all that running and effort for SIX points)
44 points from yesterdays Gritstone Grind
thanks
Had an injury hit summer but back yesterday at Rombalds Romp 'Fell v Trail' race for which the *Fell winner, Chris Miller went round in 47:51 against my 67:00 for the Fell route, so, as I don't have anything else planned for this month, 60 points please Daz.
*The trail winner went round in 44:16 (similar length & total climb but with a 1 mile+ section of mostly road/rough track as opposed to narrow paths across the moors hence faster time).
Thanks
MT
Hi, Daz.
You probably heard Des say he hopes to publish the Crowden results soon, after potential miscreants have been suitably dealt with! In the meantime, I'll just go with my Garmin time of 1.21.38 against BritNick's winning time of 1.04.02 (he wishes!), which gives me 73 points for August.
A double-header over the weekend gave a decent start to September, with the fell leg at the Cross Keys relays netting 73, only to be bettered at the Plum Fair Scamper with a time of 44.11 (subject to official Des ratification) netting 76 points (against Tom Savile's 35.44). Don't imagine I'll top that this Saturday at the Three Shires, but you never know, the fast lads might all be at Scafell.....!!
And having seen the photographs of the Plum Fair Scamper, I now know what you look like, Daz, so will introduce myself next time! :)
Cheers,
Phil
Hi Daz, 61 points for Bullock Smithy Hike please - winner 9:18, me 12:53. (My time would have been half an hour faster had I not tried to be clever and pioneer a new route on the day. Stupid boy.)
51 for me at Padfield (53:16 vs 35:44, subject to eventual Des confirmation)

Cheers for the update Daz. No improvement on score at Totley Exterminator but what a cracking race! Stanage Struggle this weekend will be my last fell race for the month.
Hoping to run at Curbar Commotion & Wirksworth Undulator in October, as well as getting thoroughly outclassed in a North Mids XC league (my points, if I could claim them, would be shameful!)
Hi Daz. Sorry - I'm a bit late with my August points: 66 for the Robbie Webster Wobbler!
Medium race at the LDMT? Winner 4 hours 14 me 5 hours 12 so 77 points please
No improvement for me & no more racing for the remainder of the month. Stu Bond ran like a rocket at Stanage Struggle - 38:10 over 9.9km on a cat B race! I wonder what his 10km road or track PB is? Anyway, I only managed 74 points as I was a good 10 minutes slower. Stanage was as lovely as ever though :)
that would be 32:29: http://www.thepowerof10.info/athletes/profile.aspx?athleteid=135
56 for me in September please Daz for Embsay Bofra yesterday.
Hi Daz. 61 for the High Peak 40 please. Marcus Scotney 5:20:45, me 7:25:52. I just couldn't quite keep up with him...
