13.66 miles on singlespeed to deliver a birthday card, rained a bit then the sun came out again:D
55 minutes road running today - urrrrrrrrgh!
Only time for a swift 29 minute 4 mile run around Pex Hill tonight on the trail paths. To much work to do.
Thats more like it Fraddie. Sounds like whatever happened a couple of weeks ago you are motoring again now. Just let the resting work and it will come good on the day.
I did 5 ish hill sess on new hills (for me) in town. Cold and wet but hard work and fun. Odd at the moment seem to bad having a good day followed by a bad day, so just go with it and ease along.

About 4 miles off road with a thigh burner :) of a hill.
Hilly road session. Just under 58mns for 3 x 500ft climbs - from the top of the hill on which I live to the valley and back.....
So why am I not quicker on the sharp ends in races?
8 miles on the bike to and from work.
Then a cheeky run round Roundhay park for 45 mins. Shhhh don't tell the missus as I promised I would wait till I went back to the physio before I started running but my ankle actually feels better for running than it did before. I told her I went on a bike ride:eek:
Then 15 mins messing round on the wobble board.
Not quite ready for the rigours of off road yet but give it a week or so and I reckon I will be as long as it can be taped up for a month or so whilst I get all strength and balance back.
45 min 6:30 pace on treadmill(i know, spit spit) but sometimes, just sometimes, the view in the gym is better than on the hills....:D :D
30 mins on the roads to keep the legs going and take it east. Beautifully still today.
