What a lovely day out - we were very impressed by the high standard of organisation - every detail was perfect - even the weather.;)

Great to see lots of friends old and new today and amazed at the buzzing Pennine Vests swarming over the hills - even Andy Howie wore something above his shorts - I ran the first leg and was very impressed with the starter's comments re Daz H - a very moving moment before we got going.
Re: UKA British Fell & Hill Re
Had a great day today and a big thanks to Mercia for organising an excellent event.
Re: UKA British Fell & Hill Re
Aye, top day out. Ran leg 2 and it was tough. Fast for the first two thirds with some brutal climbs towards the end. Thanks very much to all at Mercia and everyone else involved in the organisation today.
Re: UKA British Fell & Hill Re
A big thanks from Glossopdale Harriers to everyone at Mercia for a well organised and very friendly event- well done.
Re: UKA British Fell & Hill Re
I didn't race today - not good enough to make the team ;)
I was down there though and on behalf of the BBH Squad, I have to compliment Mercia on a fantastic event. Brilliant organisation and great terrain and routes from what I saw of the course.
Re: UKA British Fell & Hill Re
Thanks Mercia, it was a grand day out with fantastic courses and great organisation.
Re: UKA British Fell & Hill Re
Great competition today, well done Mercia on a top class event and some great courses.
Really enjoyed leg 3, and managed to run today with no pain, for the first time in ages,... a minor, but welcome victory!
Top day.
