Resting, the whole of this week. Well, by resting I mean running every day. But there all easy runs which I reckon counts.
7th consecutive day of inactivity :closed: can't take much more of feeling so lousy
Had intended doing an 18 miler as part of my recceing for Hardmoors 55. 3 year old son said to me over breakfast he wanted to play in the garden with daddy today. Ended up moving about 30 wheelbarrows full of soil. So ache more than I would have done if I had gone for the run. At least my son was happy to dig in the dirt with his daddy.
Spending a day recovering and eating after yesterdays not particularly fun hypothermic experience
Day 6 of no exercise after being told not to exercise in case I go into VF. Hoping the consultant gives me the all clear tomorrow. Bored. Hubby went for a 10 mile fell run yesterday whilst I had to sit at home. At least I got a long walk in with the dog today though.
First rest day since November. Managed 52 days of consecutive running but resting today :closed:
Thought you were going up the Beacon? Fall asleep on the settee?
