Today's Wildlife Encounter

A green woodpecker, first one of the year! :)

Must mention - swallows are back building their nest in the outside porch (third year running). And noticed t'other night that a starling is doing the same on a corner of the house.

Just waiting for an owl to take up residence now! :rolleyes:

I saw a grass snake today topping up its tan in the sun.
