Despite what was said to those who joined me last week, Care To Join Me? is not happening this weekend due to recce of Heptonstall race route (and I s'pose following wkend due to Heptonstall race!). But other than that...

I'm going go be on Pendle doing the 4.5 mile fell race route Sunday morning if anyone wants to join me.
Right, the boss is off to Manchester on Saturday at about 3 in the afternoon (to see Ghost, or some such nonsense!:rolleyes:).
This affords me a rare opportunity to go running o'er Pendle at a decent hour. Anyone want to come along, say 3 - 3:30ish?
Won't be making it too long/hard a run, as Im doing a 10k on Sunday morning, and I'm going all out for a fast time (for me). Need to keep something in the tank.
But if the weather's like this, a gentle stretch of the legs at a polite pace...what could be better?
I'm recovering from a bad cold and wondering whether the wardle skyline might be too much.
It's forecast to be a cracking day so I want to get out for at least an hour. I'll need to do something to balance out the inevitable barbecue. I'll let you know in the morning ..
I'll keep my eyes peeled, but might not be out myself. Come down with a heavy cold in last couple of days. Only up now because I can't sleep as I can't breathe.:rolleyes:
Yeah, pretty rough night myself. Feeling a lot better now though, gonna give the wardle run a go today. I'll save Pendle for another time.
You could see whether yomper fancies a bash at it?
