Wife and daughter are due to set off shortly to pick the son in law up from Catterick but apparently it's been snowing heavily over there.
Planned route was Lancaster-Ingleton-Hawes-Bainbridge with a back up route of Tebay-Brough-Scotch Corner, any advice on road conditions would be much appreciated
Probably a bit late for you now, but some useful Cumbria weather-station live webcams here, showing road conditions in various areas: Kirkstone Pass, Shap, Garsdale Head, Kendal etc. Rather handily they also show wind speed, temperature, too:Quote:

Half an inch here in the Western Peak. It's coming down still but not quickly. We're hoping for some sledging tomorrow.
