Tank empty for me. 4.03. Had nothing at the end ! 9 mins slower than last years 3.54. No excuses ! Great run from Rob Furness, looking very strong coming off Ingleborough, finishing in 3.56. Well done mate.

Really enjoyed supporting today, it was pretty cold and windy, Forumites looking good at Ribblehead (Mountain Goatess, Hes, Manhar, Jez Hellewell, Rob Furness), hope you didn't mind the cowbells, my three Chapel Allerton fellow runners did really well too. Love this event, just wish I was quick enough to make the cut-offs. Any views on the new path?
