Cup competition
Like last year, we will have a knockout cup competition to run alongside the league.
The next 4 national championship races will host the first 4 rounds, starting with Ennerdale on June 12th (not Duddon, since its not a national championship race).
For the semi-final we will take on Weetabix Power's suggestion from last year and have a "home" and "away" tie. But more of that when we come to it.
For those of you who didn't do this last year, the way it works is this:
Before the start of the race, you need to post on here the runners who are going to represent you for that race. You must choose 2 runners from your fantasy fellrunning team, and then 2 more runners who can be anybody you like. Your cup team can change from race to race.
Normal fantasy-fellrunning scoring is used.
If you forget to post your team before the start of the race, then it'll be the 4 runners in your league team who will represent you.
If you change your mind after posting a team, thats OK - you can change your cup team at any point up to the start of the race by posting on here to say so.
