I should hear about the knee tomorrow, had my MRI on Thursday... fingers crossed it can be repaired and I can get back to cycling and running...

very sedate post-lergy pootle. 18 miles (average speed a heady 10mph!) - went on the touring tyred commuting bike.
A steady 32 miles , it was mega windy today but I crammed in eighteen decent local climbs and made sure I sat down up all of them.
Nice and dry and the sun came out.
What are the training benefits of sitting down as opposed to standing up? Or could you just not be arsed to stand up?
