Well, Mr Bailey did turn up to Bowstones and won the race as expected, but I still managed to improved my points (Simon 40:49, me 58:42 so 56 points please, Daz).

Coming up this month are The Hebden, Lamb's Longer Leg and Kinder Trial to begin with. I'm sure there'll be more.

On the subject of promotions I vote for Sam W and Karen for promotion. They deserve to be in the Premier League more than I do.

And I declare this championship open for another year! [snip of ribbon] 61 for January please Daz, for the Hardmoors 30 last Thursday. Ben Hamilton 3:43:01, me 46th in 5:09:44 (winning me the MV60 trophy). Mustn't get used to being the MV60 winner though, as Chris Davies will be beating me all year...

Only fell or similar types, nowt on tarmac.

Ok although cuerden park run is approx a third to half Tarmac at most so no more than HH or Calderdale

Unlucky, Karen. My local Lyme Park parkrun has no tarmac and is more fell race than parkrun, but it still doesn't count because it's parkrun. :-)

69 points for me at Trigger yesterday please. I came in at 4:43:45 to Neil Northrop's 3:36:06, which I'm pleased with all said & done. Might do Kinder Trial at the end of the month, with one or two cross-country races along the way.

I am so excited I have a positive 2015 score but where do I put it???????

Nick that's the sign up thread not the 2015 champs thread, it needs a special table thing and he has rested for long enough its about time he got this sorted out;)

I have a note of everybody from the sign-up thread, and will be using this thread for the 2015 table...

er... except that I can't seem to edit/copy the table properly any more - I get a load of web errors and an empty input box - I have tried Firefox, Chrome and IE but no luck :o( - so I will have to think of another way of displaying... bear with...

as for me, I haven't run at all since 7th December, having developed persistent atrial fibrillation (nice!) wrt which I'm hoping to see a cardiologist soon...

Good luck Daz, it takes a bit of time, 2 years for me but they'll get in there in the end and zap it. Hope all goes well, hassle them if they are dragging their feet.

Hi, Daz - sorry to hear you're confined to barracks. Here's hoping the medics can weave some magic for you.

Not sure if you want scores on this thread or the 2015 Sign Up, but like Stagger, benefitted from Tom Adams & Simon Bailey having to blaze a trail through the snow at the Stanbury Splash on Sunday. Managed an unbelievable 81 points (my time of 43.05 against Tom's 36.06).

That's it for January - aiming for Ilkley Moor & Midgley Moor in February.

Races coming up for me are Kinder Trial, Rombald's Stride, Cloud 9 fell race, Flower Scar fell race and Haworth Hobble to take us well into into March.
