Short runs but good bike section. Did it last year but had just started running again after injury and it let me down. Hope to do much better this year, got mi eye on a top 8.
Yeah, gotta have a go at that, its only 3 miles from where i live. Used to play Rugby for Greetland Allrounders in my youth. Got mi eye on a bottom 8;)Quote:

In fact today is ULTRA HUMP DAY for me as it marks not only the hump of the week but also the midway point of my 7 weeks in BBC prison :D only 3.5 weeks to go..... only....... it feels like forever :(
