I forgot to mention.
I could feel a blister suddenly appear during my run only a few miles in - Its the same toe every time and its because of my Asics i used to wear - Anyway, when i got home and was about to get into the shower, i looked at the blister and it was a massive juicey blood-blister!
I decided to use some scissors and cut it - bad idea....the blood squirted all over my desk.:rolleyes:
Need to remember to tape it up in future!
