My legs haven't felt so battered in years, and for the first time in a long time, I was cramping up towards the end. Why does it suddenly get worse on Tarmac?

Mine got it at 5,100ft 14.7ml I think... at least thats what it says on Strava. Seems to change when uploaded sometimes.Quote:
