Now I need to pack my kit for Majorca, having dealt with the bike last night... Next wee should see a fair few miles on the bike :)
erm, well it was beautiful this afternoon in Brecon. Shame that when we rode up this morning early, 7.30 start:eek::eek: it was raining most of the way and yes straight into a head wind the entire way! The pleasures of cycling! Good 40 miler though.

A steady 19 mile with 1900' of climb.
Nice round numbers and an enjoyable ride this morning.
29mile and 2900ft of ascent, cracking afternoon.
Great to be out and very little breeze.
Commuted to work and back today and yesterday. 20km each way, decent amount of hill, a bit over 40 minutes each way. Short sleeves, 3/4 legs and no gloves on the way home tonight!
38 mile 3500' of climb, what a great morning to be out.
Holmfirth, Greenfield, Denshaw and home
Managed to average 15 mph although I was helped by the lack of breeze.
I took Daz H's idea of no food and only a bit of water to make the body use it stores up.
