I have been known to resort to 4 a.m. running when everyone else is sleeping in times when I've been stuck. It was very very spooky and not to be recommended unless you think you're in a good safe area! I turned my head torch off as I was more scared of being spotted and tracked down than I was from falling over :eek:
I'm getting out on Friday, woop woop! How many miles do you think I should do given the amount of cake consumed lately and that I haven't run for a month?!!! :o
