Brilliant race this. Third time I've done it. Brought my novice mate along and he creamed me. Good for him! Keep hoping I'll get better and I suppose I do; a minute at a time, but does it count with the new start?
Am I right in thinking this is a particularly hard race?

Apparently in the past he has been seen on race route supporting runners, ripping up Blackburn Rovers shirts and crushing cigarettes with his bare hands
