My first one is to commute at least 2500 miles by bike in the year. Managed a touch over 2000 this year, and that's with a new baby and a house move so I'm hopeful.... maybe even push it up to 3000.

Love your 1000 miles Rodders!
Biara - you're going have a great, healthy year!
My targets (resolutions always end badly) (1) get enough miles in my legs to complete the L50, (2) reduce my alcohol consumption and (3) lose some weight. Of these three the L50 is possibly the only one I stand a chance of getting close to realising!
build speed with club I have just joined and get back racing on the fells I will be starting at the back and hopefully by the end of year middle pack or so maybe top 10 in age cat
Not so much resolutions as 2014's aims, but - Break 38min for 10k, run Trail Marathon Wales in under 3:45, and the Isle of Man Mountain Ultra in under 6hrs, get married and hopefully keep my glass ankles in one piece all year !
Well I,m sitting in Hong Kong airport waiting my connection to Auckland, so an odd start to the year as I,ll be at 30000ft in 5 hours time at midnight over here!!
Only resolution is to have a great 6 weeks here, some adventures in the mountains with Steve Dubieniec and return home alive with nothing broken. That will make the Missus happy.
Take it from there.
Get to bed earlier at night.
Starting tomorrow!
