I've had my fill of tarmac for this year. :o It's back to offroad stuff for at least 6 months. There's a limit to how much urban landscape a man can take.

Good plan. It was persisting it down today up here anyway.

Nowt for me too, full of cold; just don't tell the team boss as I still fancy running the relays at the weekend.

Feeling really tired today after 4 good hard days of work and running. No run today but 20 miler tomorrow which at the moment seems too bloody hard!

Last nights resting involved driving through Blackpool illuminations. I was pleasently surprised that it only took 50 mins to drive the full length from Bispham to Squires Gate. Then we stopped at a lovely chippy on the way home:)

felt coldy all day so resting the only option... hope all cleared up for OMM at weekend.. forecast doesn't look great!
