Ta for posting the entry lists. Egad, I'll have to start doing some serious training now... :(
Don't know what it's like in E Lancs but it's pretty horrendous going round these parts. Let's hope we get a bit of a thaw.

Just noticed in my calendar (arrived today, thanks) that the full trog is down as a "BL". Thought it was an "AL"?
Can Martin Gabriel from Ripon Runners and Jan Charlesworth from Penistone Footpath Runners please PM me, we have a small query with your entry form.
Thank you.
Linda
Is it better to have tried and learned than not to have tried at all?
This AM, 4 of us attempted to reccie the full Trog.
High Brown knoll, just about runnable but quite deep in places.
From then on down to Dean Head Dam, up to knees and waists in snow. Very difficult even trying to walk. Interesting as the snow had a small layer of ice on the top, so a good scrape after every footstep. Had to abort about 1/2 way between HBK and the dam, and make our way back to the start.
I'm guessing that the roads and tracks the other side of the main road would be runnable (?) but Wadsworth Moor, a real no no.
Looking fwd to it clearing for the race.
Thanks to Elise, Mel and Lucy for your support.
any neww on marshalling etc
