I must say a very humble thank you to every body involved in my little slip up last week, from my first look down at my ankle to see my tib sticking out to now i have been amazed at the genuine care, love,understanding, people seeing me and good wishes that have come my way F*&$ me even a pigeon turned up on my window sill!
I can not believe the good wishes honest, its hard for me to understand:o

My injury list is quite impressive and i will probably bore people in years to come, tib open fracture ie stuck out and used as a brake in the mud, all ligaments snapped, dislocated ankle and fib broken in TEN places.
I won't hog this RACE thread any more, apart from to say a big thank you to the marshalls and race organisers, i really really hope to grace this race again.

I will post a more grapic race report in the coming days on the Pony Web site.
