hi Ady, lots to take in but people very informative and approachable so that helps, nice offices (with showers) and the possibility of lunchtime runs with a few people once i'm settled in as noticed a few out running today! thanks for asking:) Rivington your next race?
Showers are a plus for a lunchtime run or cycle to work, hope it all goes well.
Rivi Pike this weekend and then I'm not sure after that, think I have a few in April, not sure what offhand - you any races lined up?
I'd like to do Rivington but my sister is up visiting on the saturday so might be the only day I get to see the nephews, if I don't get to Rivington then i'll do a local 10k on the sunday. After that the calendar gets busy, tempted with either the Eskdale Eureka or the Kinder Downfall. Our club races start in April so will do the Chester Spring 5 road counter on 2nd April, the Llangynhafal Loop Fell on Saturday 5th (just for fun), then the Border League (local clubs) race on Sunday 6th. The week after that our first official club fell is the Llantysilio 6.2m 2100 at Llangollen. Busy times ahead!...and sore legs
RU going to give the Anniversary Waltz a whirl on the 19th of April, I've heard very good things about it and will be entering online very soon?
