Great:cool: , Rice pudding boy runs again, out for gentle jog with wuffler and Him of the tele for 90mins over moors and out again today 30 mins. Just taking it steady.
Might actually see ya at Haworth I may come down with Him off the tele and bring my bike (not the cross one ) and visit some checkpoints.
Him off the tele is not on forum as yet but that will be his name, any queries ask the Master:confused: .
In Cumbria this week. Hopefully having a look at the Coniston Fell Race route that I'm doing in May. Back Saturday then doing Eston Nab on Sunday, bringing along a youngster from the office to do his first race.
What's the dog got in his mouth? The mangled remains of the last runner that tried to pass him without saying "Please don't tear me to pieces sir"
Toodle pip old chap
My first outing as a Pony at Lad's Leap this weekend :D
Any other Ponies going?

Is this the youngster with the smart girlfriend you mentioned before?

Mr C thanks for that kind offer, but i would much rather suffer on the bike............. BUT if the weather is inclement save me the front seat. will you have a picnic hamper??????? If you do I'll leave the bike at home.
Depends on weather and food available ,I can be bought so easily these days:eek:
What do you mean these days?? I will be carrying water and hay and other goodies for the working ponies. The weather isn't due to be too bad but we'll see on the day, the offers still open, see you there.;)Quote:

Great to meet Rice pudding boy at last, and his mate, who's name i can't remember, sorry. Hope your camera's still working after you snapped the Merrylegged apparition climbing up to Penistone:eek: Mirror in toilets at Robin Hood in Pecket Well is knackered as well:D
You are not going to believe this but the camera is in need of repair, but will have to blame Mrs C and Mick cos i took their snap first, and both did not work. (Fact is, that its a new camera and I dont know how to work it yet has nothing to do with it:eek: )
Good to see you and Mrs C though albeit very briefly. By the time we waited for others to come past we were in need of Tea and cakes, so did not make it to finish again. We had a good time on bikes even though missed all at checkpoints, long story!!!!!!!!
Any of the Ponies doing the Anni Waltz thinking of staying over in Keswick after the race? Me, Rice Pudding Boy and Mrs RPB definitely are. If there are any takers maybe we could have a few beers:( (sorry, many beers:D , and a meal after the race???
