8th annual XOTF

Plenty of room amongsdt the injured/no longer running etc etc etc... I can't remember when I last ran, I can remember all my XOTF's though :)

Amex, let me know if you want some thoughts on a route that is both rideable and runnable?

It's been too long. Best try and get round to this again! Amex...Mr Brightside is correct....no surrender ;)

Will be there again for the drinking but may do the Tour de Helvellyn on Saturday

Any news on this? Amex, will you be booking us in for the party night again? If so, when do you need the dosh and how much? Ta! xxx

I'd be up for a good old fashioned pub nosh-up round a big table if there's a venue with enough seating for everyone. The Skiddaw crammed us in too tight and swamped us with enough decorations to refloat the Titanic. I'm coming up wherever we go though, what are the confirmed dates???

Party night at the Skiddaw hotel Sat 20 odd quid and judging off last year it was complete Value.

Friday at the Dog and Gun Walk- Run -Cycle on the Sat route to following a week or so will as always be around Keswick area.

yah boo, i am running/ jogging/ walking the tour de helvellyn that weekend so will miss this once again. hope you all have a great weekend. Steve, sorry the injury has caught up with you but pretty amazing what you have done since the accident anyway. are you still cycling?

Myself and Pat have just booked a hotel for the Friday and Saturday night. May still yet do the TdeH but either way will definitely be around for the drinking bit.

Definitely up for it. I may even bring Mr Hanneke, if he lasts that long ;)
