They put a questionaire out at last years race asking for runners views on changes to the start and possible alterations to the route to avoid erosion etc (I sugested I'd rather start from the golf course than the town) - I haven't heard or seen anything to suggest any changes have been taken up but (for example) there was an idea to avoid the grassy bank by coming to halfway lochan on the descent. Anyone heard anything?

never done it before Al but apparently fell runners take over every available space in Fort William and yes most are slightly camp.

Have done for last 2 year.
Glen Nevis campsite.

Iam in too, iam going to try and hang on to young fleeter on the climb, got to do some serious training in for this one, never done it before this race is a major goal for this year,looking forward to it.
