I have just spent the last two days in hibernation. I was in bed at 7 last night.

I have to be honest and say that at the time I didn't enjoy the race one bit..........but as time goes by the memory fades I'm sure by next week I'll be ready to re-instate my entry for the three peaks!!

I have to say, along with everyone else's comments, a BIG BIG thank you to all the marshals who braved those atrocious conditions!!

Nice to meet you Manhar and Madeleine, sorry I missed you Daz - you were too far up the field.

Congrats on a great race Hofmeister! How many championship points did you earn from that outing?

Sorry Hamish. I was a bit unfair there. It is getting so difficult to keep up with the forum nowadays.
There is so much going on. I think Brett should do a highlights program between 9 and 10 every evening!:)

As I posted earlier, coming off Crookstone Hill there was nobody behind me!:o
Still it was an experience and I know that given half decent weather I can do it next year!

maybe they were thawing out with the rest of us, or going for a cool down run :eek:

Cheers Sunnyside. Not sure exactly how many Champ. points I will get possibly about 10, but not totally sure how they work it out to be honest. Still reaaly cheesed off that I mucked it up after Brown Knoll CP, lost about 16 places between there and Jacobs ladder - I think that deserves a prize!!! Managed to pull it back a bit over the last few sections and even managed a flying decent from RR to the finish, equalling Lloyds time for that bit! Shame the other sections did match his!!

Well done Sunnyside, great effort in those awful conditions.
