Well done guys. I've lost 4lb :cool: btw my official weight is on the scales at work, fully dressed including shoes (I'm wearing the same clothes for all weigh-ins)

In terms of percentage loss One Hill's cat is storming it with a massive 10% lost so far!

192! Happy bunny, but a slow down.

9 stone 5 pounds this am! Hooray. And no cat equivalency nor dodgy scales "adjustment". Feel better and this is encouraging, roll on fruit and yog for lunch :)

LOST 2LBS! :) please can someone update me on the list, I am on my phone and it's too small to do fiddly things :eek:

No update from me I'm afraid as I don't own scales, but I'd say it's pretty similar to what's there so far!
