Training well at the mo, 70 mile bike ride in lakes tomorrow, Anni Waltz next weekend, looking through calender to see whats on the horizon. Never used to get colds and stuff till i had kids, bring all sorts of ailments home from school now. Feel a sniffle coming on now, thats my excuse for pushing me bike up Hardknott pass.
