finally managed to get out after a fortnight working long days in London. Bloody hell I'm glad I don't live in central London, doing laps of Regents Park does not look appealing!!
Hour and a half XC, flat and sandy. Although I regretted taking the tick/mozzy infested swamp trail!
I do laps of Richmond Park when working in London... not too awful, but I rather live where I live :)
