I did it.....I did it!!!:D

managed a run last night and the knee was fine (thou I don't remember running being so hard). only 4.5 miles but seems like its on the mend!

Will do another 4.5 on weds and maybe the same at the weekend..........don't want to mess it up again do I!!!!:eek:
