Then recently made some changes and dropped them, I also raised the seat about 1cm. That resulted in a return of the shoulder twinge. So this evening I raised the bars and lowered the seat post by 0.5cm. No problem with the shoulders at all, just a lower back twinge. Now I have done quite a bit of climbing over the past 2 days, some of which had to be out of the saddle as I wasn't getting up the hills any other way. So maybe it's just that. Could the seat also be a little high? The other previous problems such as wrist ache have long gone, and I don't feel too stretched out and always change my position on the bike regularly.
