Three Peaks Cyclocross

I will be going round a route over Helvellyn when the Knee heals nead to whip myself back into shape

I have been cycling so far this season and haven't run since the beginning of December! Let alone ride the crosser or carry it...

Trusting I can convert cycling fitness very quickly to the other bits needed... fingers crossed!
