After tonights bikeride, the ankle actually does not feel half bad... but it really would be a silly idea to run this :-(

Where does everyone get this idea that I'm any good at this sport?

Ask anyone at my club.

And anyway, my knee was in bits earlier in the week. Will be heavily strapped tomorrow.
