No racing this weekend hoping for a 2 hour road run tomorrow or sunday. Thinking of running the Whitley 10k next sunday
i'll be at whitley, good friendly race, part of the cheshire GP this year so might be a little busier, looking forward to having a decent 10k run, will start track work helsby high school on monday night
