Good evening all. What a glorious afternoon been for a long 14.25 mile run after work along the trail paths between the St Helens Canal and the River Mersey. Got my feet up watching the footie now.

Well what can you say about that it should have been booted into row Z not many players go to head the ball on the ground. Long way to go yet and difficult.
