Will you be running tomorrow Pinno?
Yes will be out running after work. not sure how far yet possibly up to 10 mile then a longer one over the weekend. How about you?
Was going to race Sunday but have a family christening to attend.
Just having a midweek glass of wine and bar of choccy.
It is my mums birthday tomorrow so i will be getting drunk and im injured so it will be at least 2 week before i start running again, Im just fininshing of my last pint and a bowl of pasta
JJ is hiding around here somewhere
