Which I assume whoever put your entry in took notice of, though I don't think there is much to worry about in terms of prizes or records:). (Though surely a fell ponies recording of "Born Free" must surely be on the cards in the near future).
It does make me smile when I see the the group slowly coalescing in a club, however good luck to you and whoever wants to be a pony.
Regarding another point about pint downing at committee meetings, I think you will find that this practice is called a circle and is used across the world at Hash House harrier meets. I really enjoy hashing as an outsider but they claim to have similar principles to the ponies and are one of the most rule bound masonic groups I have come across. (But they are great fun).
It also makes me smile when I see how touchy some free spirits are, none of you should care what I think.
