Evening Pinno. Have you been for a run tonight? What a fab day it has been, especially as I was off work! It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do. It's the first time I feel chilled out in ages! :)

Evening Mountain Goatess, yes did 7 mile tonight and ended up with a slight calf strain as I got home - rest now for a couple of days. The sun makes a world of difference came home from work early and did the gardens before going for a run.Quote:

Did 7.5 mile today up on North Yorks Moors. It felt hotter than 19oC but nice to get some sun. :) Will be out again tomorrow but haven't decided where yet.Quote:
