Two races in two days at weekend, one tomorrow after a planned 40 mile bike ride, i've got the day off work, another race next sunday, another the saturday after, then weekend off before the Duddon Valley, training and eating planned in between and may have time to fit in some work and sleep and family time:eek:Quote:

Well, this is a first, me on a few days off and it's not raining. Summer has arrived. :) Been out for a 12 mile run up on part of the Cleveland Way. It was hot! :) But I'm defo not complaining. Glorious, wonderful sunshine! :)

Off to sit in the garden now and read my new book...Richard Askwith's Feet in the Clouds. Read the first two chapters yesterday and it looks fab. Anything to inspire me to do better! ;)

Evening All. I wonder what happened to the old Amstrad SRD 400 satellite systems they used to be able to pick up some great radio stations. For some reason they never apeared on SKY Digital used to listen to SKY Radio a lot they played some ace tunes.Quote:
