spent the morning doing some autocad work, then a few hours with the old man helping him strip a bathroom then mid afternoon to evening at the allotment, feel like i've been quite productive:) shropshire tomorrow for a 10k race

Yup!! Couldn't sleep so got up at 4.30am,lodsa coffee, drove to Honister Pass, climbed a few hills, got sunburnt, came home, fell asleep in garden, got sunburnt, and just come back from pub, sunburnt:DQuote:
