Did I tell you I'm still working? I'm waiting for some useless bloke in (probably) the US to tell me why my payroll system doesn't work. Only I think he's gone home / given up / doesn't care as I haven't heard from for over an hour. When you log these stupid support calls you have to guarantee to be available 24x7 to resolve the problem - fat lot of use that is when the people supposed to be helping you go home, or more likely simply don't understand what the problem is.

When it's fixed, make really really sure by turning it off and on again.

It was broken - they told me to! Thing is the only bit that didn't work was maternity pay - not likely that I'll ever need that! And if I did ever need maternity pay, I'd make a shed load more selling the story to The Sun !

Latest status 'Work in Progress'. I reckon that means that someone specifically is ignoring it, rather than everyone is ignoring it!

But Firefox seems to have a problem with it as Firefox uses ALT + a number to switch between tabs.
