Struggling with this calf strain still. Just been out tonight and did 2 mile on the road and still feeling the calf slightly. So at the min Chester Half looks like I will have to miss it. Going to try 5 mile tomorrow if I come through that okay will run Sunday otherwise I will be coming along with my Camera.Quote:

been doing lots of races, had a go at Delamere Dash last night which was fun, racing at Mount Famine tomorrow then Chester Half on Sat (BTW if you don't use your number for Chester I know someone who needs one, will pay for it, unless you have given it away or end up running, no problem if not, be good to see you run!). If legs survive i'll have arun out at Thurstaston on Tuesday night as that;s one of my favourite ones of the year.
