A nice 3.63 mile on the roads for me tonight in 24 mins.

Egad! :eek: Who shaves your head - do you do? I tried it once to go with the ol' goatee. V. practical but it didn't suit me, made me look even more of a convict.... :D

Bog snorkling fest - Crowden race loop yesterday evening, 2nd half in the dark. :( All streams & crossings vastly swollen due to the rain. Made the going slow and heavy, adding a good 20mins+ to the total time. At one point I found myself up to the waist in water which has never happened before to me up there. Most refreshing! :rolleyes:
