Bumped into Dave Norman who im sure thought i was Gaz Raven (or another Gaz?) till he got closer and realised!! Although im a fair bit shorter and a whole lot slower than Raven, i'll happily take that as a compliment!!

First run out in over a week 'cos of my foot - 40mins on hilly roads and it feels fine. :)

After a really leggy 6 miler over Pen y Ghent on Sunday I did 45 minutes tonight up, down, around and loop de looping Castleford Cemetry (opened 1857)............. as you do :confused:. It actually has a fair few seperate paths to follow and is on a small hill so mucho hill reps were possible.
All the same its a bit depressing when you pass 5 graves all in a line where all the unfortunate er... stiffs died at an age younger than the almighty age that I have already achieved. Mind you what is the average life expectancy in Castleford?
