Beamsley Beacon and Round Hill from Addingham. About 9mls and 1200ft? Amazed how dry it was. Saw a young women on a crosser on the way back home; looked like she was getting a bit of last minute PPP training in. Merry take note (Only joking mate!) :-))

Cream Crackered after the Navigation weekend,
7:00 run Saturday morning, was up before the sun,
out with a group giving instruction from 10:00 till 16:30, they were good so I had to do a lot more running,
back out again at 20:00 in the dark till 21:30, was forced to go for a pint or two,
up again on Sunday and running at 07:00,
then out again at 10:30 marking out a course, then collection in the controls at 14:00,
I shall,
