Back home refuelling myself - long races always make me feel as though I could eat a rabid dog.
Anyway Thank you to Kieran & his marshalls for an excellent day/ route. Did think my legs were going to refuse to move on that last climb but managed to find something once on top & dug in past the Trig & all the way home.
Apologies to the marshall at checkpoint 2 for the dive where my head nearly went into the bucket rather than the disc.
Good turnout of forumites - had my ass kicked by Daleside again - she's really flying at the mo'

Apologies for the poor quality of some of them - the camera was borrowed and I wasn't used to it. Didn't have a long lens either but the pics were either 8.2Mpxl or 4.1Mpxl so you should be able to zoom in a bit.
Anyway, that's it with the excuses. If you want copies of any then PM me with the picture numbers and your email address.
