Hi there,
I really want to continue to run off road through the winter but cannot really afford to spend the amount described in this thread on a headtorch. Can anyone recommend another good but perhaps cheaper product?
Cheers

Try the Gamma from Alpkit.
A great little torch for about 12 quid including batteries!!
Nowhere near as much light as the 70 quid plus models, but miles more light than the Petzl Tikka or Zipka.
I run on the fells in the dark every week during the winter and use nothing else.
What about this one?

I think you might need a better head strap, but it seem to be great light for a low cost. Here in sweden some use it in night orienteering.
You definately need a different head strap, those ones are designed to go on a helmet and are not comfy on the head..... Othewise, looks like a pretty decent light and a very good price.
I am totally lost now despite having posted a query on another thread. Whats the difference between LED, Rev V White, regulated and unregulated??
Does this one look any good??
