Bet Hann's got the cleanest windows in Wales!
Bloody hell, got the new rollers, and, by-eck they teck some getting used to.
But I won't be beat by it, I will keep going, little and often.
got the Shap and back time trial on Sunday. 28 miles from Kendal over Shap fell to Shap village and back over shap to Kendal. 28 miles. I have been on my bike 4 times this year!!! i am off rider No 1 so might just finish before the last rider finishes!!!
Well done Trevor :-) have you got those fancy rollers that move back and forth? Be careful for the magic 50 mark, that's where everything goes numb! 60 plus miles for me today over the rolling hills (and some rather flippin steep don't you know) of beautiful bowland. Did part of Le Terrier route, armed with the map from last weeks comic Was very lucky with the weather as managed to out ride the shower clouds although the constant winds around here never cease to amaze me Fab cafe stop at Dunsop Bridge - well it'd have been rude not too starvin now though reckon I've enough energy to muster up a cold platter or something! Wheeze are you still on your low GI diet after all these years or did you crumble? Thinking of giving it another go losing a few pounds should make the hills seem less mountain like perhaps?!! Brilliant day, few bikies about but they all seem to be going in the opposite direction
