seven miles again today, gentle pace though
5 miles easy, soaked at lunchtime !
2.5 hours over yon hills sunny when we started but cold wind and rain by the end.

7 miles on the moors in the rain this aft (made a nice change!!). Breaking in my new 290's. Felt fresh with no apparent trace of Saturday's race in my legs. Hopefully start inceasing the weekly mileage now I feel somthing like fit, let's hope I don't break anything.............
